1. Shipping Locations
We are based in Ireland and ship our products both domestically and internationally. All orders are shipped using DPD & UPS, ensuring a reliable delivery service across supported regions.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch) are as follows:

Ireland & Northern Ireland: 2–4 business days

United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Ireland

Free shipping on orders over €100
All Other Destinations (UK, Europe & International)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, order weight, and applicable courier charges.

The shipping price shown at checkout is the final delivery cost for your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel via the courier tracking system.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. If your package is missing, please contact the courier directly or contact us for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate and assist.
8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

If a returned order is not reshipped, a refund will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.
9. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or public holidays. We recommend placing orders early during these times to avoid delays.
