Which size diffuser do I need?
Choose based on room size. Smaller models suit bedrooms; larger models are better for living rooms and open-plan spaces. work out the m3 of your room and then pick diffuser according.
How long does fragrance oil last?
As a guide, 500ml can last around 2 months on a high setting when running 8 hours a day, 7 days a week in a commercial environment. In a home setting, where there is usually less air movement and fewer air changes, it may last considerably longer.
Can I use any fragrance oil?
Yes, but we only guarantee performance when using Scent Ireland fragrance oils. Our oils are blended and tested in the diffusers we sell to ensure the correct consistency and reliable operation. If another oil is used and the diffuser develops an issue, we may not be able to troubleshoot or guarantee its performance.
Will the scent be too strong?
Most models let you adjust the intensity, so you can keep the fragrance subtle or increase it when needed.
Plug-in or rechargeable — which is better?
Plug-in is best for one fixed location. Rechargeable is better if you want to move the diffuser between rooms.
How often should I clean my diffuser?
For best performance, we recommend cleaning the diffuser periodically, especially when changing fragrance oils. Regular cleaning helps prevent residue build-up and keeps the diffuser working properly.
