Is the Diffuser Rechargeable or Battery Powered?

No. This is a USB Type-C powered Electric Oil Diffuser and must remain connected while in use. It is supplied with a USB Type-C power cable and a compatible mains adapter.

Do I Need to Add Water?

No water is required. Add a suitable diffuser fragrance oil directly to the supplied bottle. Do not dilute the oil with water unless specifically instructed by the fragrance-oil manufacturer.

What Type of Oil Should I Use?

Use a good-quality fragrance oil suitable for waterless or cold-air scent diffusers. Thick carrier oils, massage oils and vegetable oils should not be used, as they may block the atomising system.

Fragrance oils are available separately, allowing you to choose the scent that best suits your home, office or business.

How Large an Area Will It Cover?

The diffuser can scent an area of up to approximately 2,000 sq ft under suitable conditions. For best results, position it in an open area away from windows, extractor fans and strong direct airflow.

Start with a low setting and gradually increase the intensity until the fragrance level is comfortable. Larger, open-plan or heavily ventilated spaces may require a stronger setting.

Care and Maintenance

For reliable performance, clean the bottle and atomising components periodically, particularly when changing fragrance. Avoid leaving thick or old oil inside the unit for extended periods.
