Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping on many of our products. Shipping availability, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Do your fragrance oils contain allergens, VOCs, or phthalates—and can I get SDS/IFRA documents?

Our fragrance oils are formulated specifically for cold-air and nebulizing scent diffusion and are made to meet industry safety and compliance standards. They are phthalate-free and comply with IFRA guidelines for their intended use.

Like all fragrance products, our oils may contain trace levels of VOCs and fragrance allergens, which are commonly present in scent compositions. These are carefully balanced to ensure safe diffusion when used as directed and at recommended settings.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA documentation are available upon request for our fragrances. If you require these documents for internal compliance, regulatory review, or commercial use, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to provide them.

What is your returns and warranty policy?

All diffusers purchased through our online shop come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal use.

To ensure optimal performance and protect your diffuser, our warranty applies only when the diffuser is used with our fragrance oils. Because we cannot verify the formulation, purity, or compatibility of third-party or alternative oil blends, damage or performance issues caused by non-approved oils are not covered under warranty.

If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the problem. We may request photos or videos to help diagnose the issue and provide the most efficient resolution.

Returns:
Returns are accepted in accordance with our returns policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the specified return window. Please note that opened fragrance oils are non-returnable.

Can I use my own oils in your electric diffusers?

Yes, you may choose to use your own or third-party fragrance oils in our electric diffusers. However, please note that our diffusers are designed and tested specifically with our fragrance oils to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Because we cannot verify the formulation, viscosity, or purity of alternative oils, any issues caused by non-approved oils—such as blockages, leaks, internal damage, or reduced performance—are not covered under warranty. Use of third-party oils may void your diffuser warranty if a fault is determined to be oil-related.

For best results and full warranty coverage, we strongly recommend using our fragrance oils, which meet our internal quality and compatibility standards.

Can I use your fragrance oils to make candles, soaps, or reed diffusers?

No. Our fragrance oils are specially blended and optimized for use in electric diffusers only, using cold-air nebulizing systems. 

If you are working on a custom project—such as candle manufacturing, soap production, or reed diffuser development—we may be able to supply concentrated oil formulations or discuss bespoke solutions tailored to your specific application. Please contact our team to discuss your requirements.

Are your fragrance oils compatible with other diffuser brands, or only your diffusers?

My diffuser isn’t scenting or the scent feels weak — what should I do?

If your diffuser is running but scent output feels weak or inconsistent, please check the following:

  1. Scent intensity settings
    Make sure the diffuser is set to the correct intensity or program. We recommend starting at a lower setting and gradually increasing based on room size and airflow.

  2. Room size & airflow
    Large spaces, high ceilings, open layouts, or strong ventilation (air conditioning, open doors/windows) can disperse scent more quickly. You may need to increase intensity or adjust placement.

  3. Oil level
    Check that there is enough fragrance oil in the bottle and that it is properly seated. Very low oil levels can reduce output.

  4. Diffuser placement
    Position the diffuser off the floor, away from direct drafts, and not blocked by furniture or walls for optimal dispersion.

  5. Nose fatigue (scent adaptation)
    If you use the same scent daily, your sense of smell can adapt and make the fragrance feel weaker—even though others can still smell it. Try asking someone else or briefly leaving the space and returning.

  6. Cleaning & maintenance
    Over time, residue can build up and affect performance. Regular cleaning and maintenance help ensure consistent scent output.

  7. Oil compatibility
    If you are using third-party or alternative oils, viscosity or formulation differences may affect diffusion performance.
