At Scent Ireland, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, delivery timeframes, and related information.


 

1. Shipping Locations

We are based in Ireland and ship our products worldwide. All orders are shipped with DPD, ensuring dependable delivery service across all regions.


 

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) may be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.


 

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping only. Estimated delivery times by region are as follows:

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland: 2–4 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • Europe (EU & EEA): 5–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–10 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–15 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or external factors beyond our control.


 

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery region. We also offer free standard shipping when your order exceeds the minimum spend amount for your location:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping costs and any associated fees will be deducted from the refund.


 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a DPD tracking number.

  • You can track your parcel using the DPD tracking system or via your Scent Ireland customer account.


 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact DPD directly or reach out to us for assistance.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with DPD to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.


 

8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer is responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • If a returned package is not reshipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charge.


 

9. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, public holidays). We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
