Diffuser Warranty

All electric diffusers purchased directly from our online shop come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal, intended use of the diffuser.

Warranty Conditions

To ensure optimal performance and longevity, our diffusers must be used as intended and in accordance with our guidelines.

The warranty applies only when Scent Ireland fragrance oils are used in the diffuser. Our oils are specifically formulated, tested, and approved for compatibility with our systems.

Because we cannot verify the formulation, viscosity, or purity of third-party or alternative oil blends, any damage, blockage, leakage, or performance issues caused by non-approved oils are not covered under warranty. Use of third-party oils may void the warranty if a fault is determined to be oil-related.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by using third-party or non-approved fragrance oils

  • Blockages, leaks, or internal damage caused by incompatible oils

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Fragrance Oils

Due to the nature of fragrance products, fragrance oils are not covered by warranty and are non-returnable once opened, unless faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assist.
